Geosynthetics for all applications
The development and application of geosynthetics in the field of civil engineering, including hydraulic engineering, began and spread to all segments of the construction industry due to the versatility of the materials. In the proper selection of geosynthetics, our primary task is to correctly define the field of application and function. At our company, we strive to offer alternatives for all product types, be it non-woven or woven geotextiles, laser-welded, extruded or woven geogrids, erosion control mattresses, geocells, drainage geocomposite, asphalt reinforcement grid, bentonite liners, radar detectable geotextile, PE foil and all special products, helping our partners to choose the right product type.
PE FOIL
During every construction work process, there is a work phase where polyethylene foil is required. It can generally be used as an adjuvant in concreting to protect the water content of concrete, but it is also an ideal solution as a covering material or water retention at drainage structures.
Geosynthetic products can provide a solution for special civil engineering tasks, which not only simplifies construction, but also significantly reduces the duration and cost of the technology.
The special geosynthetic products we offer:
- prefabricated vertical drain (PVD)
-dewatering geotube
- stone protection mat
- concrete mattress
RADAR DETECTABLE GEOTEXTILE
The installation of geotextiles that can be detected by Detex radar is primarily recommended in railway construction areas on the formed mirror surface laid under the subsoil. Subsequent radar inspection thus makes it possible to monitor the deformation, changes in thickness and contamination of the bed and substructure on the Detex geotextile. The need for substructure diagnostics is justified for traffic safety, operational and economic reasons, so the incorporation of geotextiles detectable with Detex radar allows for safe and predictable operation and increased service quality.
SPECIAL PRODUCTS
BENTONITE LINER
Bentonite insulating geocomposite can be an alternative or complement to natural mineral clay insulation, providing significantly simpler and faster installation technology. Resistant to acids, mineral salts and other aggressive chemicals, so it can be used as a primary or secondary insulation for landfills. It can also be used to insulate living water lakes, rivers or their dams.
EROSION CONTROL MAT
The erosion protection mattress is recommended for the long-term protection of dry and wet slopes that are moderately exposed to surface erosion. Due to its high fiber density, the cross-linked mattress made of three-dimensional monofilament fibers forms artificial roots in the soil and its open structure helps to strengthen the vegetation, providing a strong foundation for the roots of the vegetation cover.
GEOCELL
The geocell is primarily designed to stabilize the topsoil of sloping surfaces where conventional erosion protection no longer provides sufficient assistance. The high tensile strength of the geocell also allows for shore and bed protection applications, in which case the cells are filled with stone to prevent leaching and to ensure water flow in the plane of the reinforced layer.
GRASS SEED MAT
Precipitation erosion on sloping surfaces can be a problem mostly during construction until the vegetation has strengthened enough to provide adequate natural protection against the slope leaching. The geotextile helps to protect erosion of sloping surfaces until the grass seed in it grows and strengthens over the entire surface.
ASPHALTGRID
Abrasion and deformation of pavements and cracks on their surface or structure cause problems in use, load-bearing capacity and service life. Moisture inflow through the cracks further erodes the track structure due to weather and continuous loading, for which the solution is to install the right type of asphalt reinforcement grid.
GEOGRID
Geogrids perform a single function, which is reinforcement, with their property they can provide tensile strenght to weak subsoils. They can be used for subsoil reinforcement, in this case we typically recommend the installation of biaxial geogrid or, in the case of building a retaining wall, uniaxial geogrid.
WOVEN GEOTEXTILE
Woven geotextiles alone combine the wide applicability of nonwoven geotextiles with a reinforcing function. It is the most suitable for installation in areas where significant mechanical strength of the geotextile is required. It is especially valid for reinforcement of low-bearing subsoils with small particle filling, and for hydraulic works where high tensile strength value with high water permeability is important.
NONWOVEN GEOTEXTILE
Nonwoven geotextiles across the entire geosynthetic spectrum are products that can be applied to almost any application and function. The non-woven geotextiles we offer weigh 85-2,000 g / m2 in terms of density, are made of 100% PP, PES, mixed fiber PP / PES, and are made from recycled raw materials, and have different mechanical parameters.
